This All Sounds Great But…

Question #1: Will this work for me?

Listen.  Every mom’s body is different and responds to exercise differently, and of course I can never guarantee results through a computer screen. There are a bunch of factors in play when it comes to core strength, like genetics, size of baby, pre-baby activities, posture,  prior injuries, etc.  There can never be an absolute guarantee of complete healing either in the fitness world or the medical world for that matter.  BUT, that being said, I have seen really wonderful results in so many of my clients who are using this exact system.  They are getting strong. Their core is healing and their DR is closing.  The exercises in the program set the groundwork for a strong body and firm foundation so you can build and heal as your body allows.  And, the other BUT – you must do the work!  I will provide PLENTY of tools, workouts, support, encouragement, accountability and a ton of fun to keep you engaged, but no one can come to your house and make you show up to do the work.  I commit to provide the right system, you commit to DO THE WORK, and your results will be unstoppable.

Please also note – while really great results can be achieved with the 4 week Core Corrective, healing TAKES TIME!  You’d never exercise or eat healthfully for only 4 weeks and then say “ok, now I’m good on exercise and nutrition forever.”  Nope. You will for sure see or feel a really great difference in 4 weeks, but you’ve also got to be consistent.  Everyone is different.  Some people will be all nice and healed in 4 weeks, others will see an improvement, but will need to continue.  You’re encouraged to repeat the system as many times as you need to for the most complete healing.  Make these exercises part of your daily life even after the 4 weeks and you’ll be set up for success.  🙂

Question #2: How much time do I commit each day?

That’s the beauty of The Core Corrective program!  It has been designed in short drills and circuits, so that you can complete your exercises and workouts in 5-30 minutes per day. Literally, you only need 5-7 minutes  complete the weekly drills and get results..  From there, it’s up to you how much time you have!  Divide the workouts up into different 5 minute bursts per day.  Or do it all in 30 minutes in the morning.  It’s completely up to you and no matter how you do it, it will work for you!

Question #3: What equipment will I need?

The entire Core Corrective program can be done at home!  However, you’ll need some small equipment.  Below are the essentials

 – A loopy band

 – Small ball (kid’s ball)

– Long resistance band and/or handle band,

– Dumbbells, your choice, between 3-10lbs. 

Question #4: How is this program different from other?

Oh my gosh, it’s different in so many ways!  The exercises and drills have been strategically created and ordered to build on one another in a way that makes your body work as a system.  For example, you can’t jump into core work if you’re still compensating for those moves with your back muscles! We will be teaching your muscles to fire when needed, turn off the muscles that shouldn’t be working, and awaken the muscles you need for a strong and functional core and pelvic floor.  From there you can build a strong amazing body. 🙂  No other program is ordered the way my programs are.  

Also – you’ll notice – I’ve filmed everything from my own home studio, in the middle of my mom life, so you can see just how easy it is to fit this program into your life.  No fancy yoga studio needed.  No fancy clothes or hair.  No gym.  Kid interruptions allowed.  Because that’s our life, right? 🙂
